In regards to consultants without a PepsiCo issued laptop, the following are the guidelines for calling the PepsiCo Support Center (1-888-PEPSICO):
1. When calling the PepsiCo Support Center, please enter 227 227 227 as your Global Personnel Id (This will identify you as a One Up consultant and will speed up the process).
2. When hearing the prompts, always select option 4 – SAP Support so you can be transferred to the PSC Enterprise support team.
3. Support will be provided Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
4. The PSC Enterprise team can only provide support for the following:
o Password related questions to email or idM
o Password related questions to Enterprise Visitor Access –EVA (Red Cable)
o Password related questions to Secure Vendor Access - SVA
o eRoom technical issues
o Network related issues

What Kind of Information you would you requeire from us?
Follow the steps below to access the PepsiCo Network. It is important that you only use the BLACK cable.
1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools, Internet Options.
3. Click the Connections tab.
4. Click LAN Settings.
5. Check Use automatic configuration script
6. Type in http://www.autoconfig.pbsg.pvt/pac
7. Click OK.
8. Click OK (a 2nd time).

Printer Installation Instructions
Installing printers through the PepsiCo network.
1. Ensure you are connected to the Black cable.
2. For 7th floor printers, from the Start Menu, select Run and enter: \\PEPPSA00027.Corp.Pep.Pvt
3. For 8th floor printers, from the Start Menu, select Run and enter: \\PEPPSA00028.Corp.Pep.Pvt
4. From the list of provided printers, select the printer that is closest to you, by double clicking the printer icon.
5. Click YES.
6. Right click on the Printer and Set as Default.
Note: You can also type the printer into the Run window using the steps below:

How to Use EVA to Bypass PepsiCo Firewalls
Note: Using EVA will enable consultants to VPN to their company’s email account.
1. Ensure you are connected to the Red cable.
Note: You will not be able to print using the Red cable. Before switching the cable, please close any running applications and Log Off.
2. Open Internet Explorer.
3. Select Tools, Internet Options.
4. Click Connections tab.
5. Click LAN Settings.
6. Uncheck Use automatic configuration script
7. Click OK.
7. Go to www.yahoo.com to test the connection. It should redirect to the login page.
8. Enter your PAAS ID and Password
Note: When switching between the RED and Black cables, please wait at least 15 seconds before plugging in the other cable. If you switch the cables too quickly the port will be disabled for one hour.
Using PepsiCo WebMail
Go to Internet Explorer
https://webmail.pepsico.com/welcome/
Click on the Quaker Icon
For the Division/Location choose Quaker user Exchange 2003
Enter your PepsiCo ID, Password and Domain (e.g., Corppvt).
How to troubleshoot when an eRoom page cannot be displayed
1. Go to the eRoom link (https://teamwork.pepsico.com/eRoom/Anchor/ProjectOneUpToolkit) and click Options.
2. Select eRoom plug-in software and click OK to install the plug-in
3. Open Internet Explorer.
4. Select Tools, Internet Options.
5. Click the Advanced tab.
6. Uncheck Use HTTP 1.1 thought proxy connection.
General Troubleshooting Tips
Black Cable Connection Issues
1. No connection and no link light.
a. Cable got disabled for one hour because you switched the cables too fast.
b. If its the first time you are using the Black cable in that location, it may not be active yet.
2. Cannot access any website though the black cable.
a. Ensure the Proxy settings are properly set.
b. Ensure you are picking up the correct IP by performing the following:
• Go to the Start\Run and type in CMD.
• At the command prompt type in IPCONFIG and make sure you are picking up the correct IP address (169.225.x.x)
• You can also try IPconfig/release followed by IPconfig/Renew
Printer installation problems
1. Cannot connect to the printer
a. Turn off any policies running on the PC as well as any firewalls.
b. Ensure your VPN is turned OFF.
c. Ensure you are picking up the correct IP by performing the following:
• Go to the Start\Run and type in CMD.
• At the command prompt type in IPCONFIG and make sure you are picking up the correct IP address (169.225.x.x)
• You can also try IPconfig/release followed by IPconfig/Renew
c. Remember: you cannot print on the RED cable.
d. If it is asking for a user name and password when trying to log on to PSA, ensure you entered the correct path \\peppsa00027 or \\peppsa00028.
RED Cable not working (EVA)
1. No connection and no Link light.
a. Cable is disconnected for one hour because you switched the cables too fast.
b. If it’s the first time using the Red cable in that location it may be not activated.
d. Ensure you are picking up the correct IP by performing the following:
• Go to the Start\Run and type in CMD.
• At the command prompt type in IPCONFIG and make sure you are picking up the correct IP address 198.185.x.x
• You can also try IPconfig/release followed by IPconfig/Renew
c. Ensure the proxy settings are Unchecked.
